Order War Is Not the Answer bumper stickers, signs, and other items. FCNL policy emphasizes upholding treaty rights, insuring the fulfillment of the federal trust responsibility, and assuring the right of Native American communities to self-determination. We seek to be guided by the views of Indian tribes, communities, and organizations across the country in the perspectives offered by this quarterly publication. The Winter 2010 issue discusses public safety and domestic violence issues among Native American communities, the recent Indian Trust Fund Settlement, and other current issues.
