Jonathan Brown

Jonathan Brown is a busy professional and father of 2 children. Although he is not employed in Washington D.C. or working on peace issues vocationally, he is still actively involved in the peace movement.

Jonathan realized that he didn't want to bend the ears of senators and representatives professionally when he was an intern and legislative assistant at FCNL. Instead he returned to his study of computer science and took a job at Adobe. With greater financial resources, he served on FCNL's Executive and Policy Committees and promotes the organization's work at the University of Washington Friends Meeting.

Jonathan enthusiastically supports FCNL in any way he can because he believes it does essential work. He is especially passionate about the intern program, which he calls "one of the best things FCNL has ever done." Jonathan's experience in Washington instilled him with a commitment to peace work, and he hopes that FCNL continues to provide the same opportunity for future generations of advocates.
