House Revokes U.S. Institute of Peace Authorization

Today, the House passed an amendment to revoke the authorization for the creation of the U.S. Institute for Peace. We at FCNL were disappointed at the outcome of this vote. If you are also disappointed, write to your congressperson today. The entire military authorization, including this provision, still needs to be approved by the Senate in order to become law.
