Logistics

In addition to organizing the event (arranging space, speakers, food, etc), FCNL arranges lodging and travel for participants as needed.

Transportation

FCNL has arranged a charter bus to leave from Wilmington College in Ohio. We are arranging individual tickets on charter buses for participants coming from other locations.

Housing

FCNL will house participants in Hostelling International-DC, the William Penn House, and additional locations as needed. If you are travelling on the Wilmington College bus, you will be housed in the William Penn House. If you are coming to Spring Lobby Weekend in any other way or are not affiliated with Wilmington College, you will stay at Hostelling International-DC. All programming (except lobby visits!) will take place at the Washington Plaza Hotel.

William Penn House: 515 East Capitol Street SE Washington, DC 20003 (202) 543-5560
