Directions to FCNL

FCNL's address is 245 Second St. NE, Washington, DC 20002. The office is about four blocks from the U.S. Capitol Building. We recommend that visitors take the subway (Metro), since parking is limited.

Directions from the Subway (Metro) and Train

FCNL is about a 5 minute walk from Union Station, which is a subway (Metro) stop on the Red Line as well as a station for the Amtrak, Marc, and VRE trains.

To get to FCNL from Union Station:

• Leave the station, either from the front doors or the Metro exit. Turn left and walk along the front of the station. The fountain, promenade, and dome of the Capitol Building will be to your right.
• Cross the road that loops around Union Station and follow the path that goes around the Federal Judiciary building. The path ends at the intersection of 2nd Street and Massachusetts Avenue.
• Cross Massachusetts and walk down 2nd Street until you reach the intersection with C Street.
• FCNL is on the left side of the street, across from the Hart Senate Office building.

From the East :

• Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295 South) into D.C. and exit onto to Pennsylvania Ave. SE.
• Continue west on Pennsylvania Avenue until 2nd Street and turn right.
• FCNL is located at the corner of 2nd and C Streets, NE across from the Hart Senate Office building.

From the South :

• Take I-95 to I-395 (Southwest/Southeast Freeway).
• After crossing over the river follow the signs to I-295.
• Take the 6th Street SE exit immediately after the Capitol South exit.
• Turn left onto 6th Street (North) and follow it to Pennsylvania Avenue.
• FCNL is located on the right side at the corner of 2nd and C Streets, NE across from the Hart Senate Office building.

From the West:

• Turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue and then right on 2nd Street.
• Take I-66 across the Potomac River on the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge and follow the signs for Constitution Avenue, which brings you along The Mall.
• FCNL is located on the right side at the corner of 2nd and C Streets, NE across from the Hart Senate Office building.

From the North :

• Take I-95 south to Exit 22, the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
• Proceed to East Capitol Street-RFK Stadium. Turn right onto East Capitol Street and follow around RFK Stadium.
• Continue on East Capitol until you reach 2nd Street.
• When approaching Route 50 (New York Avenue), follow the signs to Richmond.
• Turn right on 2nd Street for two short blocks to C Street.
• Immediately past the Capitol, turn left on 2nd Street and drive 1 1/2 blocks to the corner of 2nd and C Streets, NE.
• FCNL is located on the right side at the corner of 2nd and C Streets, NE across from the Hart Senate Office building.
  

Parking

• Parking is limited on Capitol Hill. On-street parking is generally limited to 2 hours. Parking is also available at Union Station in their pay parking garage.
