Patrick Lozada

Patrick Lozada works with Alicia McBride in Campaigns. He is from North Carolina originally but has also lived in South Carolina, Boston, Seattle, New York, China, Korea, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and now Washington DC. He is currently a sojourning member of Davidson Friends Meeting in North Carolina.

Patrick recently graduated with a degree in history and Chinese. During his time as an undergraduate, Patrick helped to film and produce two documentaries: A Legacy of Courage: W.E.B. DuBois and the Philadelphia Negro about DuBois’ groundbreaking sociological study of Philadelphia and Broken Pots, Broken Dreams about China’s painful transition to a market economy. He also won research and service grants to do research on Chinese immigrant identity, teach English in Central China, and to work at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design. It is rumored that he enjoys choral music and sushi.

Patrick will be helping Alicia to organize, interpret, and distribute FCNL’s legislative strategies to the FCNL network both on and off the hill.
