Kathy Zager, Foreign Policy Program Assistant, Greater Middle East

Kathy Zager is a Program Assistant in the Foreign Policy program, supporting Matt Southworth's work on Afghanistan/Pakistan, and Kate Gould's work on Iran. She also helped organize FCNL's Young Adult Spring Lobby Weekend 2012.

Kathy is from Windsor, Connecticut, where she is a member of Hartford Monthly Meeting. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2010 with a major in cultural anthropology. Prior to coming to FCNL, she spent a session lobbying Connecticut's General Assembly on behalf of a number of nonprofit organizations. She lobbied on a range of issues but particularly enjoyed working on the abolition of the death penalty, as well as juvenile justice policy: reducing the number of juveniles entering the criminal justice system in CT.
