Quaker Service Organizations
American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) is a Quaker organization that includes people of various faiths who are committed to social justice, peace, and humanitarian service. AFSC's work is based on the Religious Society of Friends (Quaker) belief in the worth of every person, and faith in the power of love to overcome violence and injustice.
Canadian Friends Service Committee (CFSC) acts on the peace and social justice concerns of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Canada. CFSC's work is built on the foundation of Quaker belief that there is value and the essence of God in every person, and is dedicated to peace, equality, and simplicity.
International Quaker Organizations
Quaker Council for European Affairs (QCEA) was founded in 1979 to promote the values of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in the European context. QCEA's purpose is to express a Quaker vision in matters of peace, human rights, and the right sharing of world resources.

Quaker Committees on State Legislative Policy
The Friends Committee on Legislation of California (FCL) is a non-profit action group (established by Quakers in 1952) that works to bring more compassion and social justice into government by influencing lawmaking in the state of California.
The Friends Committee on Washington State Public Policy (FCWSPP) attempts to bring spiritual values to bear on the public policy decisions of Washington state and seeks to engage in the positive, continuing process of interpreting to people in government Friends' convictions on the moral and spiritual values that should undergird government and law.
Associations of Friends Meetings
Friends General Conference (FGC) is an association of 14 yearly meetings and regional groups and seven directly affiliated monthly meetings in the unprogrammed tradition of the Religious Society of Friends. FGC provides resources and opportunities that educate and invite members and attenders to experience, individually and corporately, God's living presence, and to discern and follow God's leadings.
Friends United Meeting (FUM) is an international association of Friends meetings and churches, organized for more effective Christian ministry, outreach, and evangelism. FUM commits itself to energize and equip Friends through the power of the Holy Spirit to gather people into fellowships where Jesus Christ is known, loved and obeyed as Teacher and Lord.
Friends World Committee for Consultation (FWCC) was set up at the 1937 World Conference of Friends in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA, "to act in a consultative capacity to promote better understanding among Friends worldwide." FWCC consists of four sections: Europe and Middle East Section, Section of the Americas, Africa Section, Asia-West Pacific Section.
Friends World Committee for Consultation, Section of the Americas, serves approximately 45 yearly meetings and groups in the Western Hemisphere. It sponsors a variety of programs that bring diverse Friends together.
Quaker Associations with a Particular Focus
Quaker Earthcare Witness is a spiritually centered movement of Quakers and like-minded people seeking ways to integrate concern for the environment with Friends' long-standing testimonies for simplicity, peace, and equality.
