Kathy Guthrie
Field Program Secretary
 Kathy works with FCNL constituents around the country, encouraging local educational events to increase awareness of the organization and to activate grassroots advocacy. She frequently speaks for FCNL, and participates in training and informational workshops for citizen activists. She oversees the travel and program interpretation of FCNL staff to local events and Friends yearly meetings and other programs. Kathy works with the Annual Meeting Planning Committee to develop the program for FCNL's Annual Meeting.
Kathy lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, with her husband, Tim Barner, who also works for FCNL. She enjoys gardening, traveling, water coloring, and city life. She has four grown children and four grandchildren.
